His clients often say that Rolf helps them to increase their effectiveness and to achieve outstanding results by taking on new perspectives on their decisions and activities. His professional background prior to focusing on executive development in 2006 includes consulting and senior line management roles with Arthur D. Little, Accenture and CSL Behring.  

Rolf's focus on executive assessment, executive coaching and team coaching has led to assignments that have taken him to most European countries, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the USA and South Africa. He has worked in senior coach and faculty roles for the Center for Creative Leadership for 11 years. In his assessment and coaching work, he draws upon his consulting and business experience and helps his clients to navigate the dynamics of their organizational environment effectively. 

Rolf currently is one of the managing partners of S & P Executive Advisory Partners, a provider of executive advisory services to senior leaders. S&P are affiliated with Merryck & Co. and the ExCo Group, global executive development leaders with offices from San Francisco to Sydney. In 2020, he has inspired the creation of the Young Professional Advisor mentoring programme at United Europe, a think tank devoted to fostering the unity, diversity and competitiveness of Europe, that he continues to manage and that has mentors and mentees from across all of Europe. He is also a board member of Commonpurpose in Germany, a not for profit organisation started in the UK in the late 1980s that is dedicated to leadership development across all sectors of society. He also serves as a vice-chair of the board of the Foundation of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany, with a view of creating a strong network of companies both in the UK and Germany that offer practical international internships for British and German students.

A German national, Rolf holds masters’ degrees in business administration from TU Berlin and ESC Toulouse and lives in Frankfurt/Germany with his family. He works in German, English and French.

He is certified to use a wide range of instruments, including the CCL 360 suite, Voices, Hogan assessments, Game-Changer Index, MBTI, FIRO-B, Workplace Big Five, Insights Discovery.
