Wendy-Ann Smith, is a coaching psychologist. Founder of the Coaching Ethics Forum, the Journal of Coaching Ethics, & Ethical Edge Insights, an online magazine for coaches, mentors and leadership. Wendy-Ann has been recognised as one of the top 15 coaches in Paris, France. Her research interests are, how coaches mature, apply ethical practices and coach wellbeing. She regularly coaches a small number of one-to-one clients, and delivers workshops. She enjoys supporting the development of coaches through coaching psychology, positive psychology, and increasing ethical awareness in practice through her ‘Nourishing Coaches’ virtual groups at eclorev.eu.
