As Asia continues to evolve as a globally interconnected, economically active region, leaders and teams have to operate in increasingly complex, multicultural environments. Coaching in such contexts demands approaches that reflect the diverse cultural realities faced by practitioners on the ground.
This discussion group aims to offer a dedicated space for members to engage in meaningful, practice-informed dialogue on coaching across cultures in Asia. Our focus is on shared learning and knowledge co-creation.
AI is rapidly disrupting every facet of professional and personal life. As it reshapes coaching and human development, practitioners face a dual challenge: staying relevant in an AI-driven world while preserving the human-centered essence of effective coaching. Many fear AI will replace them - but the real question is: How do we evolve with these tools rather than be displaced by them?

In our monthly Health and Wellbeing Discussion Group, we will explore the ebb and flow of body and mind. We’ll address the many forms of wellbeing — physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual.
