Our session will focus on ideas and practices to help you think about and learn from failure. I describe three types of failure: basic, complex, and intelligent, and use this taxonomy to show how some people and organizations can fail well. Only by embracing our fallibility, along with the fallibility of the organizations we create and work in, can we truly navigate these challenges effectively to thrive in an uncertain world.

The conference will be in-person at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel on May 3-4, 2024, our first time in 5 years!
Each Monday, members of our Fellow community meet to collaborate and discuss various coaching topics and resources. Our weekly group connects coaches from across the globe and meets at 12:00pm EST. Every other Monday the group will provide the opportunity for a fellow member to present. This could include presenting a topic, coaching model, professional work, client case, or asking the group a question for discussion etc. On the other weeks, the zoom session will be open for members to have an open conversation.
